A Relaxed You, Inc. Salt Cave & Day Spa

A Relaxed You, Inc. is a day spa and wellness center with two locations (Palos Heights and Mt. Greenwood) that offers a Himalayan salt cave as its primary recovery service, along with massage. Recovery services are minimal and secondary to their core med spa/aesthetics business. The studio is known for its 100% Pure Himalayan Salt Cave experience available exclusively at the Palos Heights location.

All packages of 5 or 10 salt cave sessions can be shared with friends and family and are good for 4 months from purchase date. Massage packages are in the form of gift certificates good for 1 year from purchase date. Private group sessions require advance scheduling with participant information (name, address, phone number). All pricing effective January 2025 and subject to change.
