60-minute private float sessions in pods filled with 1000 lbs of Epsom Salt and 200 gallons of water. Float suite includes integrated shower. Amenities provided: towel, washcloth, bath robe, ear plugs, shampoo/body wash, and shower. Floaters may choose to float nude or in swimsuit. Water is sanitized between each session to meet or exceed Floatation Tank Association standards.

Infrared Sauna Therapy

Owner and founder Tami Bogard is a yoga instructor, qigong instructor, acupressure practitioner, reiki practitioner, and singing bowl artist. Her husband Ben and son Mike attended floatation apprenticeship in Portland, Oregon before helping construct and launch Forest City Float in 2019.
