Traditional acupuncture using thin, sterile, single-use needles to stimulate specific acupuncture points. Full body treatments incorporate tongue and pulse assessment and last 1 hour, occasionally longer depending on individual needs. Practitioners use Japanese and 5 elemental style acupuncture with fine needles for superficial, gentle stimulation.
Massage
Therapeutic massage offered as part of comprehensive treatment. May be combined with acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, and other modalities depending on individual needs and conditions being treated.
Red Light Therapy

Uses a pen with disposable needle heads stimulating skin at 9,000-19,000 rpm to improve circulation, increase collagen, reduce fine lines, decrease scars and tissue damage, and alleviate pain. Typically performed at 0.5-2mm depth with numbing cream available; alopecia protocol uses 2-2.5mm depth. Studio provides variety of serums formulated for skin type, applied during procedure and available to take home. Sessions spaced 2-4 weeks apart depending on healing time.

Specialized treatment using numerous fine, sterile needles inserted through hands, abdomen, and legs to increase qi and blood circulation. Designed to reduce scar tissue, increase mobility, decrease pain, and improve organ function including bladder control and organ prolapse reduction.
Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture
90 min · $400
Non-invasive series of at least 12 treatments over 4-6 weeks using fine intradermal and acupuncture needles retained for 30-60 minutes to reduce and eliminate fine lines and creases in face and neck while reducing whole-body stress. Sessions are 90 minutes and may include light gua sha, massage, and cupping to increase collagen and circulation. After initial series, patients reassessed for seasonal, monthly, or bimonthly maintenance.

Certified in Mind Body Medicine from Harvard Medical School. 30+ years clinical experience.
