Wellness House

Wellness House is a nonprofit cancer wellness organization (not a med spa) based in Hinsdale, IL that offers free support programs for people affected by cancer at any stage. Recovery services are minimal and secondary to their primary mission of psychosocial cancer support. The organization provides exercise classes, nutrition seminars, support groups, and stress management programs at no cost, with locations across metro Chicago and online offerings. Appointments are required; all programs are free.

Wellness House employs oncology experts, healthcare professionals, and trained volunteers who lead evidence-based programs. The organization partners with major healthcare institutions including UI Health, Rush, and Loyola Medicine.
